Tracking your order 

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your parcel. 

Custom fees

For deliveries outside mainland France and the EU, administrative and/or customs charges may be applied by the carrier.

Shipping time

As each piece is made to order and, if necessary, custom-made, please allow a week for delivery. Every effort will be made to ensure that the waiting time is as short as possible.

Margot Hauser is not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses. Please ensure that you give as accurate a delivery address as possible.

In the event of a return, the costs will be borne by the customer.
